Do you accept new patients?
Yes. We welcome new patients across general, cosmetic, restorative, and preventive dentistry. Request an appointment using the form above or call (813) 837-3476 and our team will get you scheduled with the right dentist for your needs.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
A photo ID, your dental insurance card if you have one, and a list of any current medications. If you have recent x-rays from another practice, you can email them to smilemaker@tampabaysmilemaker.com ahead of time so the dentist can review them before you arrive.
Do you offer sedation for anxious patients?
We do. Sedation dentistry is available to help make longer appointments and treatments more comfortable. Mention it when you reach out and we will discuss the options that fit your visit.
Where exactly are you located?
4208 W Bay to Bay Blvd in South Tampa, on the corner of Bay to Bay Blvd. and Lois Ave., directly across from Bay to Bay Hardware and next to Friendship Park.
Can I request a specific dentist?
